PILING SERVICES

Piling involves the installation of structural elements to transfer foundation
loads through weak soils to stronger underlying ground

Rota piles

This piling system has the ability to penetrate boulders, rock formations and socketing into hard rock.

Precast Piles

It can provide an economical solution, especially in deeper soil profiles

Oscillator Piles

One of the most versatile pile types ideal for heavily loaded structures in adverse soil conditions.

Continuous Flight Auger (CFA) Piles

This piling system is fast and economical. It has no vibration and limited noise levels associated with installation.

Bored Piles

This is a versatile pile type that is suited to sites that are congested, remote, have limited headroom or uncertain ground conditions.

Underslurry Piles

It is Commonly used where the soil profile is saturated,
resulting in unstable side-wall conditions.

Driven Tube Piles

This system can achieve considerable depths (> 60 meters in a suitable profile) and is commonly used for river bridge foundations and in marine construction.

Full Displacement Screw piles

This piling system is fast and economical.
It has no vibration and limited noise levels associated with it.
It exhibits equivalent pile performance to a driven pile.

Micro Piles

It can be installed in limited access and headroom conditions.
They can be installed with minimum disturbance to adjacent structures with the appropriate installation methodology.

Auger Piles

A feature of this pile is the flexibility of size (300 mm to 2 500 mm Ø), depth and speed of installation under ideal conditions of non-collapsing, dry soils. Casings may be used in difficult ground conditions.
